This hand crafted Hunter Valley Chardonnay is un-wooded in style, pale straw in colour and has the aroma of stone fruit. The medium weight palate delivers peach and mango-like flavours with a refreshingly dry finish.

This South East Australian Sparkling has been bottle fermented using only the best parcels of fruit from each region. With a long, clean, crisp palette and satisfying dry finish, the aroma of citrus and sherbet is perfectly balanced.

This Adelaide Hills/Hunter Valley Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, has a bouquet where citrus and tropical fruits dominate. The Semillon’s zesty freshness and the Sauvignon Blanc’s passionfruit is lively on the palate.

This Mudgee Shiraz Cabernet, has a keen plummy character, with a hint of cedary oak. This somewhat spicy and rustic wine finishes with a smooth and silky feel.
