PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Seven Sundays and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Seven Sundays does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Seven Sundays itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

ORDERING
In ordering items from the Seven Sundays website you will nominate a delivery address. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the items shall be presumed by Seven Sundays to be authorised to receive the items on your behalf. Seven Sundays may request that the person who receives the items at the delivery address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an “Article Awaiting” card will be left in your mailbox and the goods will be automatically delivered to the nearest Post Office. Goods will not be left at unattended premises nor will they be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required). All Canberra / Melbourne / Sydney metropolitan deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries outside of metropolitan Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney are made within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times are subject to availability of stock.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Seven Sundays, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY SEVEN SUNDAYS ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
